FlipFlop support
The quickest path from camera roll to finished Flip.
Make your first Flip
- Tap Create a Flip.
- Allow Photos access.
- Open an album, choose photos and tap Create Flip.
- Name the Flip and wait while its photos are saved.
- Tap the preview to play or pause. Choose Edit to adjust individual crops.
- Tap Export Video. The silent video appears in Photos.
Why does an iCloud photo take longer?
iOS may need to download the original from iCloud Photos before FlipFlop can save its private working copy.
Does deleting a Flip delete my photos?
No. It removes only the saved project and the copies owned by FlipFlop. Originals and exported videos in Photos remain untouched.
Why is my video silent?
FlipFlop intentionally exports silently so you can add music in the social app or editor where you publish it.
Export did not finish
Keep FlipFlop open, make sure the iPhone has free storage, confirm Photos permission in Settings and try again with a shorter Flip if needed.
