Privacy
FlipFlop is designed to work on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your photos, videos, project names or photo metadata.
Information FlipFlop uses
When you allow Photos access, FlipFlop displays the albums and images that iOS makes available. Photos added to a Flip are copied into the app’s private storage so the project remains editable. FlipFlop creates a temporary silent video during export and saves it to Photos only when you ask.
Accounts, analytics and advertising
FlipFlop 1.0 has no user accounts, advertising SDKs, third-party analytics or tracking technology. Your content is not collected, sold or used for advertising.
Apple services
iOS may download an image from iCloud Photos when you select it. That service is provided by Apple. FlipFlop does not receive your iCloud credentials.
Storage and deletion
Saved Flips and app-owned photo copies stay in FlipFlop’s private storage. Deleting a Flip removes those copies, but never deletes the originals or previously exported videos in Photos.
Changes
If FlipFlop later adds an online feature, account, analytics or another practice that changes how data is handled, this page and the App Store privacy answers will be updated first.
